Shannon Harlow-Ellis, ACE
I am an Associate Certified Entomologist with 19 years experience in the Pest Management industry. I have been working as a member of the TPCA board for 5 years, initially as a director at large. Currently, I have the pleasure of acting as the TPCA President, and look forward to continuing my service to the Tidewater community. Supporting the many causes and missions of the TPCA and increasing the awareness and professionalism of our industry.
I started in pest control in 1993 working for Western Pest Services. During my 11 years there, I went from commercial pest control to residential pest control, termite control, fumigation and eventually service supervisor overseeing commercial, residential and termite technicians. In 2004 after Western sold to Orkin I left and went overseas to do pest control for the U.S. Army in Afghanistan. When i came back home I started O’Shea’s Pest Management in 2005.
